Charlie Ball Managing Director

Charlie founded Elberton in 2007. As Managing Director, he takes a hands-on approach to all day-to-day operations, actively involved in site identification and acquisition, feasibility studies, financing, and investor management, while ensuring development outcomes offer long-term benefits to residents and stakeholders alike.

With more than 25 years of experience within the property industry, Charlie delivers hands on knowledge and dedication to each project, ensuring environmental and social responsibility lies at the heart of Elberton’s developments. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) and is a licensed property valuer.

Growing up on his family’s wheat and sheep farm taught Charlie the values of teamwork and resilience from a young age. These values continue to drive Elberton’s team today.

Rosie Dixon Development Manager

Rosie is an integral part of the Elberton Property team. As Development Manager, she is responsible for the delivery of Elberton’s projects, ensuring goals and project milestones are met.

Rosie joined Elberton in 2009 and brings over 30 years of experience to her role. Her career began in New Zealand, and she has since worked on a diverse range of projects, from infill land subdivisions, and multi-residential to built heritage conservation.

Zoe Cornelius Marketing and Administration Coordinator

Zoe joined our team in late 2022, and quickly became imperative to our office coordination and marketing management. Covering a wide variety of tasks, from daily procedures to company social media, she ensures each element of Elberton Property runs smoothly.

Zoe grew up in the beautiful South West town of Dunsborough, where she started her career in residential real estate administration, working alongside sales teams and property managers. Zoe has delved into the world of property development taking everything she has learned in her stride.

Mike Robertson Finance Manager

Mike is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand since 1996. Mike started his career working in one of the large accounting firms and then made his way to Hong Kong where he worked in banking for 12 years.

Mike has been a property investor since the early 2000s and upon his return to Perth in 2014, Mike began working in the property industry. He has developed a wide range of experience mostly in the property development area.

As well as Mike’s Chartered Accounting qualification, Mike holds a Western Australia Real Estate License and holds an Australian Financial Services (“AFSL”) license.
